They did, no injuries...it was the Weather Channel truck.

They had the guy on camera describing the tornado turning toward them unexpectedly.

Yup. It's moving fast, but the squall line seems to have thinned a bit.
TV weather says it's moving so fast, the winds make it difficult for their radar to pick up tornado signatures.

Got the flashlights handy, the weather cube, and the basement cubby at the ready.

I was out walking the dogs 2 miles from home when the sirens went off. The tornado only missed me by 3 miles. I was about ready to hunker down into a ditch culvert.

Gracie my dear, BTW that also is my Granddaughters name.., if everyone moved away from tornados there would be no one living in nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Iowa there would be at least 18 -24 other states with drastically reduced populations.

a volcano is much more predictable than tornados, they never move about randomly, tornados can be dozens in dozens of different localities that cover thousands, hundreds of thousands of square miles.
