You can thank your politicians for that. The military is prohibited by law from those types of construction projects in this country. And it's all to protect unions. I was active duty with an Army Reserve construction battalion. And we did projects in Grenada, a school for the deaf, Belize, a votech school and in Honduras, day care centers, a farm to market road through the mountains, drilled water wells and more. Hell we were even limited on what we could do on military bases, all to protect favored unions.
