Countries all over the world are currently stockpiling (hoarding) oil in case of a major outbreak of battle in the region. THAT is what's driving the price of Oil right now.

We need to arm Resistance Fighters in Iran. By the hundreds of thousands. Generals have cost us Many, MANY wars and countless casualties. Trump needs to get some Advisors who understand Irregular Warfare and listen to them.
