Ohio Rules That Pronoun Policy Violates First Amendment Rights

Suspension and expulsion for not using preferred pronouns? There's no way I would allow my children to be a part of a school like that. I'm glad that this nonsense is ending though.

As a matter of courtesy, I will use a pronoun requested by the person I am personally interacting with. Doesn't hurt me in any way to do that.

But otherwise, I also believe it is my unalienable right to believe God made two genders--male and female--and the gender a person is born is the gender a person is. He/she has every right to behave as whatever gender he/she wants to be, but he/she should never have the right to demand that anybody else accommodate that.

Nobody should be punished, ostracized, or otherwise disadvantaged because of the pronouns he/she uses when those pronouns are biologically accurate.

Right, simple

Well of course. There is no such thing as a thought crime.

Sorry, I don't turn to rando, uneducated bigots on the internet for my cues on psychology. I turn to psychologists.

The ones you turn to have an agenda, plain and simple.

Credentialed doesn't mean moral.
