There are a number of things to be learned from this incident.
1) What should police do when a person is so obviously out of it and scaring people around him? I wouldn't want that guy hanging around my neighborhood. He refused to cooperate or identify himself. What... the cops are just supposed to say...oh okay...well good day then bye?
2) Why do so many people fight against the police? Once again, yet another example if the person just cooperated then nothing would happen. A cop can't just leave you alone if you won't cooperate. It could be a felon on the run, someone wanted for a serious crime.
