Minnesota has a law banning things hanging from a rearview mirror. It blocks view of the driver. Number two, Minnesota haas bad weather conditions. That put them on alert that he could be dangerous.

He resisted arrest and tried to drive off with an officer hanging out the door. That was very dangerous to the officers.

It was justified for any of the officers to use force.

Officer Potter had a stellar record. She was the epitome of what we would want a female police officer to be.
