Most people have no clue that the Supreme Court even exists most of the time.

Honestly, Ive been keeping up with decisions and I cant think of any off the top of my head that I disagree with that have been recent. Maybe Lawrence v. Texas. but thats a few years old now too.

If your point is that most Americans are as stupid as she is about Supreme Court decisions you're deadwrong, just accept that she was ill-prepared and lacking on knowledge, besides stupid, angry slogans and rants about socialists, O'Donnell and the rest of the Teabagger scum have nothing to offer.

Ignorance, for whatever reason, is not stupidity. Most people are overly concerned with their own lives and arent following up on every single decision of the Supreme Court.

Not entirely sure what being in the Senate has to do with having instant knowledge of Supreme Court decisions anyway. The Senate doesn't take part of making SC decisions. They just advice and consent to the nominees the President picks.

The beauty of the real world is that you can do research on topics in time of need.

Let's review: the GOP may get the house (I think they will now) but without enough votes to do anything other than to obstruct not change the program; the GOP will not get the Senate. The real interest will be to see how many moderate GOP senators work with the Dem majority because the five or six tea party members make the mainstream GOP puke.
