Odds and Your pick to win the 2025 World Series?

That possible bet I created is a huge payback for me.139%. Plus you could check promotions to find a 30% or 50% booster they give out. Yes its work. You end up staring at phone not enjoying any game like 1989 WS in the olden days. Plus this darn message boards typing. Ugh.

But no instant gratification to futures bets (they hold your money too) and adrenaline rush you get highs and lows instantly. I've gone to more low hanging fruit bets. Low payback. Even 25% to 40%. Who else gives you that much on your money in few hours? But, nothing is guaranteed. Don't listen to me.

The flags blowing to LF at Wrigley? Might have to turn on sound. Pivetta cant last? But the SD bullpen. UGH. Its so hard to risk it.

Well most of the sites offer a cash out option on future bets, especially if the team is making a deep run in the playoffs. I don’t mind my money being held reminds me of stocks

Nothing wrong with any profit even 25%.

Yes. I had Charlie Ward on $10 bet for Hiesman and cashed out at $98 good thing.

Each team to score one more run ~30% payback. Sounds so easy. Can BOZ score off Fried eggs? Yankmee bullpen?

If i watch the games, I always feel I need to bet on them too. Sigh.

That is why I'm on here so much today. Building up the courage to hit "place bet button" and get back into MLB thinking.

I figured out some NFL stuff to do better. But MLB? Seems so hard to find any good chance, you have to learn what they offer IMVHO.

I’ve said this before I don’t like how the net goes all the way down the first and third base lines. Takes away the chance to catch foul balls and obstructs vision of the game . I know could be dangerous. Driving a car is much more dangerous though.

I’d love to go to a Cleveland game and sit above the third base dugout, but not with that net up there.

The Judge is up. I bet prop bets to hit an HR went off the charts?

I think I once lost seven bets in a row Christian Walker to Homer for ARIZ in each game last playoffs they were in. Turns out, he could not hit a high FB. I learned the hard way.

It’s hard to beat the sports books. Even harder to beat them for a significant amount as They’ve been known to ban or limit people who are winning a lot. In other words sharp betters. A player who is winning significantly will be limited to small bets by these betting apps. Frankly, I think that that is something that needs to be regulated. It’s completely unacceptable. They will of course drain losing players bank accounts with no problem…But they are allowed to limit winning players. It’s total corporate greed because in the long run they’re still winning big even with the sharp betters. Being a pro sports better it’s very difficult even more difficult perhaps a lot more difficult compared to a pro Poker player for example.

But betting a few hundred here or there won’t be a problem.

Its hard to be an HP ump at 100mph with both sides screaming at you . Those balls nicking the outer edges are strikes technically. .

But, is consistentcy too much to ask? Even that you have to recalibrate after every pitch or AB when you move around.

I dont bet much big. I bet $100 last night on DEN -2.5 + scoring over 16.5

Paid out $133 total. Win $33 only. That's as big as I went this season. No Joe Burrow.

Next year MLB will allow the pitcher catcher or hitter two challenges per game on calls they think are balls or strikes. But when they lose two challenges, that’s all they get for the whole game.

Decision has to be made by either the pitcher catcher or hitter by tapping their hat after the pitch….they have to do it immediately so no time for the manager to look at the replay….should be interesting.

I like the home plate umpire. It’s a part of the game and sometimes they’re gonna miss the call. I don’t necessarily mind this change for the next season but I don’t want a future where there is no home plate empire and everything is decided by some computer.

That’s a fair idea make it fun. Most people bet within a reasonable limit. A small portion of betters are risking too much.

Professional sports betters are not making huge bankroll bats. They also have limits based on their bankroll. But again it’s very hard to be a pro sports better as it’s hard to beat the sports books, and even if one is able to many of the books will limit those people to small bets

Now he goes to the stretch position. But 2 outs. Ugh. I cannot hot ghe button.

Looks like it is -129 now for the odds.. might be a solid bet

Of course the Yankees might only have three more innings to hit

Only 12 outs left for BOS. Like you say NY could be shorted but if so already lost parlay bet as BOS not score?
To make it worthwhile I have to look for any edge. And parlay. If BOS scores 1, NY has incentive? Lol.

Yes I go by puts left. Could always take under....it ends 1-0?

Pretty soon it won't matter. This bet will get pulled.

I was sitting there looking at BOS to win +330 when he pulled Fried. Thinking Boone always gets burned G1. It began to drop. 2 on it was still POS. Now -250?

I am a baseball coward.

I will save myself for Reds Dodgers.

15th post
117 pitches by Crochet just to rub it in after Boone pulling Fried. BOS is like Trump to NY. They just keep pouring it on.

Two pitches caused by HPU. Up & in after missing strike 3 pissed off the Chrochet. Then got the edge for a K. Nice performance.

Agreed. It’s been three amazing performances by lefties so far this WC round. Crotchet, Fried and Skubal.

Boone might be on the chopping block if Boston prevails.

Goldschmitt whom I used to call Silverscmitt on STL. Nice little player. But not any big power hits when needed? A B+ player. Not a killer. He can get on. Yeah team.

Can Boone survive another one?

"Pulling Fried at 100 pitches for $75million are they made outa glass Boone..can you help me here, for crying out loud".
