Biden won Wisconsin because the Democratic vote share increased in red areas, compared to 2016. The Democratic vote share didn't increase in blue areas. And so the Wisconsin conspiracy theory faceplants, because it would require that Republican officials be the ones cheating on behalf of Biden.
