Secret City under Denver Airport
Here are a few of my favorites ....

Black Knight
(Martin Lawrence is off the hook hilarious in this otherwise average movie)
Love Potion #9 ( Sandra Bullock's transformation is amazing )
What About Bob ( Bill Murray at his best and Richard Dreyfuss' best work since Jaws)
8 Heads in a Duffel Bag ( Joe Pesci's best work imo)
Tommy Boy ( rip Chris Farley )
Uncle Buck ( rip John Candy)
Coneheads ( the list of SNL stars in this is off the charts )
Multiplicity (my favorite Michael Keaton movie)
Jungle To Jungle ( cute family film-- Tim Allen and Martin Short)
My Blue Heaven ( Steve Martin's satire of a Mafia guy in witness protection is epic)
The Jerk ( some movies are hilarious every time you see them--this is one of them for me)

Throw Momma From the Train (The chemistry between Danny DeVito and Billy Crystal is magical)
and finally, last but not least ;
Monty Python's Life of Brian

Here come the Spartans, the last war movie starring Burt Lancaster. Has comedy and horror.

When Nature Calls has many hilarious moments that leaves me in tears. Jim Carrey at his peak.

Another movie which is both funny and very touching that flies under most people's radar is the epic: My Favorite Year with Peter O'Toole.
This movie works for me on so many levels.

Of course if you are stoned and just want pure, adolescent comedy, you can try Better Off Dead for its dark humor.

Probably Uncle Buck is the only one I liked in this list.

I didn't think you had much sense of humor.
Maybe you need a puppy.

Loose Change 9/11. Hilarious.

Night of the Comet has some very good dark humor.

High Anxiety, starring Mel Brooks, directed and produced by Mel Brooks, extreme comedy.

Not many of these suggestions are really obscure.
It's like rambling off top 100 songs as being obscure music.
Obscure comedy would be something like
Trailer Park Boys, or The Hungover Games (spoof of many popular movies)

I believe that would fall in the category of ironic instead of obscure.
