They had this information almost a month before Comey came out with his supposed 2nd investigation.
Why did he do it?
Because he knew it would probably leak BEFORE the election, so he had to insure that he could look into it, and exonerate her BEFORE election day. Since Hillary was a shoe in for President, and Trump had promised to question the election results if he lost, they wanted no investigation into irregularities, and knowing what we know now, we can easily see why!
2. The FISA warrant release, and that will be the downfall of one sides argument, or the others!
Why?
Because it is all written down, no speculation can be made, period! A court reporter created notes on the proceedings, the evidence is there that was used, and somebody(s) raised their hand(s) and swore under oath that the evidence was vetted, and true. No grey here all, no spin available. When that is released, one side or the others case will be made, and the other sides ruined.
3. Also, (and this is speculation, drawing reasonable assumptions) let us suppose for a second what the Trump team says is at least partially true. How are we ever going to find out what actually happened besides the FISA warrant?
ANSWER: You know the coosome-twosome, correct? Do you think either of them have broken any laws, like obstruction, or jaywalking, or doing something against FBI policy they could be prosecuted for?
So I ask all of you-------->How strong is a mothers love for their children? How many children does Lisa Page have? I know she at least has a little boy. Think her husband after all of this, would stay married to her if she was put in jail for even a year? And with her in jail, who would get custody of that little boy? And if she got a year, what is the likelihood it was lowered, in essence meaning they would be asking for 5.
So, who would take an immunity deal, and sing like a bird for her supper if it actually even came mildly CLOSE to what it appears happened-) Pillow talk is a very interesting thing, hearsay for sure, but can still point investigators on trails they might otherwise have not of looked.

Finally---------> Let us all get this 100% correct.................Because of the Carter Paige FISA warrant, at least 1 of the alphabet soup agencies had direct access to what was going on during the campaign, and after Trump won the Presidency. Access to financial dealings, e-mails, telephone conversations, etc. There is no dispute from either side of the aisle on this fact.
This means that-------->IF TRUMP did anything, they knew it! And yet, we see even by Strzoks own texts, there is no there, there. After 18 months, with EVERYTHING they have in hand, all the dealings of the Trump team, not only nothing on Trump, but Carter Paige is still a free man; in fact on television constantly.
They do NOT have to find evidence, they already have it all! Still, nothing! They don't need supeona anything, they have it under a FISA warrant in their hands. They have had these records going back how long? The thing is, is that in other countries when coups happen, people are arrested, and placed in prison as a lesson and message that the election processes in elections be preserved and untainted. Egypt didn't play with the Muslim brotherhood when it attempted to rule over Egypt.

I don't know... I don't work for the DoJ. Do you? The FISA warrants on him were renewed several times and not a single person with information on FISA warrants have said that happens if they don't get useful information from the previous ones.
