Same gas station in Pakistan, cost $500,000. This cost $12,000,000, plus overhead costs of $30,000,000.
And none of the task force works for the DOD any longer, thus can't be questioned? Just so happens the
task force started work in Afghanistan in 2009...

I wonder which coffers it lined...
