Mmm-hmm, so it was the insurance lobby that insisted upon a ban on denials for pre-existing conditions, and whipped for the loss of their ability to drop people who become sick? And how aggressive were they about insisting that young adults could stay on their family policy longer, or the increases in medicare eligibility, hmm?

10 million of the 46 million are not citizens per the Census.
14 million are ALREADY covered all they need do is register with Medicaid... that leave 22 million..
18 million people DON"T NEED.. under age 34, DON"T want to spend MORE then they spend now using employers insurance i.e. they spend out of pocket
less the $1,000 a year... SO why are these people counted as "uninsured"? THEY DON"T WANT IT!!!

That leave 4 million!

NOW addressing the cause why they are not insured but want insurance is simple. Premiums are too high!
And why?
90% of physicians say they order duplicate tests, refer to specialists..i.e. $850 billion a year totally unnecessary and all due to FEAR OF LAWSUITS!
Fine... ACA taxed tanning salons 10% as they cause cancer! OK tax the $200 billion lawyers make that has CAUSED THE $850 billion in "Defensive Medicine!
Take the $20 billion and pay the $5,000 premium for the uninsured that when they go to the hospital instead of the hospital padding and passing on to
Medicare sometimes 6,000% overcharges to make up for the uninsured... THEY CAN"T because the "uninsured" claims are paid from the $20 billion a year premiums paid by the tax on lawyers!

It is that simple! NO destruction of our current system.
Obamacare taxed tanning salons why not lawyers?? And for every $100 billion reduction in the $850 billion defensive medicine a percent is reduced from the lawyers' 10% surcharge taxes.

Easily in 3 years... $200 billion a year in reduction of $850 billion defensive medicine costs AND Medicare costs reduced!

An even more FUNDAMENTAL flaw is the oft repeated Obama statement "46 million uninsured"... BIG ASS LIE!

18 million people under 34 and making over $50,000 a year spend less then their employers' health plan..i.e. $1,000 a year BUT OBAMA phony number includes
people that don't WANT health insurance BECAUSE HE KNOWS BETTER then they do!!!

14 million people Obama EVIDENTLY didn't know about are covered by Medicaid...all they have to do is sign up!

10 million are not citizens!

42 million either don't want, don't know or don't qualify leaving
4 million that truly need health insurance coverage!

I don't understand why people aren't more outraged and even stupid conservatives believe that 46 million number!
Simple solution.. tax lawyers like Obamacare taxes tanning salons!
$20 billion a year in taxes pay a $5,000 policy for each of the "4 million" that want insurance!
This tax would reduce for every $100 billion in reduction of the $850 billion a year physicians say they spend simply out of fear of lawsuits!
This would also prevent hospitals from 6,000% markups on services they charge Medicare as they won't need to recover "uninsured" expenses.
Another $100 billion a year in savings between Hospitals no longer charging 6,000% markups and physicians not ordering duplicate tests out of fear of lawsuits!

Lynn, if you are not between the ages of 15 - 45 you don't produce for the State and therefore are of no benefit to the USSA. You are expendable from 0-15 and anyone over age 45? Same thing - you are expendable. I have a friend in Europe who can no longer get care because he has Diabetes II. They turned him over to LPC which is the European model of death care. When did they do that? When he turned 46 yrs old of course.

That is a good point! AND the above are probably part of the 4 million that are truly in need of health insurance !

This means it is even more important that lawyers like tanning salons should pay 10% surcharge tax and that $20 billion would provide
a $5,000 policy for each of the uninsured!
All they have to do is go to hospital. Hospital registers them and gives them their card!
Now when those 4 million uninsured have claims filed... hospitals don't pad and pass on the costs to Medicare but sends claims to the
Uninsured Health Insurance Co.©.
As a result those "uninsured" are covered.
Lawyers don't file frivolous lawsuits which physicians attest add 20% to 34% to health care costs because of fear of lawsuits!
This $850 billion in defensive medicine practices are paid for by insurance/medicare and people out of pocket!

So because idiots didn't use real numbers i.e. regarding uninsured.. we have this bigger mess now growing everyday!

It is shear idiocy to try to solve a problem without KNOWING how big the problem is! Any one who says there are 46 million uninsured that will be covered under Obamacare is just stupid!
