Obamacare overcharged healthy & young people that needed insurance to help fund the cost of insurance for sick people

Yes you are a hypocrite. You chastise those on the right for collecting while your own do the same thing.

Classical hypocrisy.
You need to look up the definition of hypocrisy. I am not on social security and it wont be there in its current grifter format when I do get to that age in decades.

You right wing losers try to call people socialists or takers when the fact is YOU are the biggest socialist takers in the country.
You were the one who attacked Boomers specifically. Your socialist takers consists of members of all three parties and all walks of life.

You dont dislike social programs, you dislike social programs for others... not yourself.
That's not true. We, as well as others in those groups I mentioned earlier want those programs administered properly and without fraud. There's too many receiving benefits that should and could be working and paying their own way.

You know that.

You need to look up the definition of hypocrisy.
I did this is what came up:

I think it’s evident that most right wing posters on this site are boomers. It’s also evident you like your unpaid government handouts as much as the people you deride.

You didn’t pay your own way. What part of underpaying by $30T do you not understand?
You know that.

Best avatar on the site in my opinion.

You can say the same for the others in both parties.

So what's your point?

You didn’t pay your own way. What part of underpaying by $30T do you not understand?
I was obligated to provide taxes to a bipartisan government that doesn't know much about fiscal conservancy......just like you.

You also have contributed to the same.

Just as much as those in your own personal situation which you pointed out.

Still the icon of hypocrisy.

Suddenly when the hand out is for you and not for children's SNAP programs its ok? I swear you are walking all over hypocrisy.

I fault my parents for being part of the grifting Boomers. For sure. My dad and I debate it regularly along with other shit he picks up on Fox.

There is no 'hand out' for us....

Where's the issue with SNAP?

I swear you are walking all over hypocrisy.
I wasn't the one screaming about all those BOOMERS while hiding them in the attic.

The left doesn’t want to take away SS and health benefits.
The left is the basis of the problem and looking the other way with fraud.

There is no 'hand out' for us....
It's not semantics to say if you have $30T in debt you didnt fund the SS payments you are receiving right now.
Where's the issue with SNAP?
The "One Big Beautiful Bill Act" of 2025, signed by President Trump, implements roughly $186 billion in cuts to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

Dodging. If you think you saved SS money... where is it? The fraud is by you and your generation.

Trump/MAGA thrives on fraud.

Tell us who's been kicking that can down the road your entire working life?

The fraud is by you and your generation.
Toss your oldies into that recipe, Junior.

Working to pay your fair share? Sounds like the lefts mantra about the rich.
You don't think that benefit was/is being abused?
It's not semantics to say if you have $30T in debt you didnt fund the SS payments you are receiving right now.
I sent in money weekly. So did you.

You asked about cut SNAP benefits.$186M will impact people who are getting money for food. That's low. Do I think SNAP is abused? 1% is the audited fraud rate.
I sent in money weekly. So did you.
Not enough.

The Big Beautiful Bill begs to differ.
It begs a lot of things. But it doesn't take away SS. Social Security is a powerful lever, and an important source of political power. Or, to put it another way, "How can we scare the seniors if we don't have our fingers in their retirement?"

Neither side wants to give that up.

10.5 Billion in 2023 payment fraud.11.7%.
That's not fraud - fraud is less than 1%. How can you debate if you dont understand the numbers? Improper payments arent fraud and DONT calculate the total error.

Improper payments include:
  • Income miscalculations
  • Household size reporting changes
  • Late paperwork
  • Administrative processing mistakes
  • Underpayments (benefits too low)
  • Overpayments (benefits too high)
Fraud is only a small subset of that and most of those listed are fractional amount changes. They throw the whole payment into improper, not just the amount miscalculated AND ALL overpayments are recaptured. So the amount in error is tiny, again, around 1%.

That's not fraud
The intentional misuse of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits by recipients, retailers, or external scammers is known as SNAP fraud. This illegal activity diverts funds from those in genuine need and can lead to severe penalties, including disqualification from the program, substantial fines, and imprisonment.
________
In Fiscal Year 2023, the USDA estimated 11.7% of benefits ($10.5 billion) were improper, with some estimates reaching up to $12 billion in stolen funds in 2025.

You were busted. No way to recover man. Now you just put together two separate ideas in one post. Improper payments and fraud. Fraud is about 1%.
