Mark Kelly is probably the only guy who has a shot at beating Trump, simply because he appears to be an all-American white guy who has actually done something, he is a former astronaut. Back in reality, Obama held off in endorsing anyone until they had become the presumptive nominee. Not Hillary in 2016. Not Joe in 2020. Not Kamala in 2024.

Only after each had secured enough support from delegates to become the presumptive nominee did Obama endorse them.
