Obama is threatening and even in some cases bribing government contractors into not sending out layoff notices till after the election.

By law they are required to notify thousands of contract workers that their services will nolonger be needed. Problem is thousands of workers in key swing states should be getting their pink slips by November 2nd....by law. Obama instead is offering to use taxpayer funds to pay their legal fees. A bribe.
