Obama: OFA volunteers doing ?God?s work? - Reid J. Epstein - POLITICO.com

According to The One, supporting him and his policies is doing "God's work"... I want my Liberal friends to imagine your reaction when you heard Bush say that the invasion of Iraq was God's work... Remember that?... Do ya?... Ending Tyranny and Genocide in Iraq vs ObamaCare and expanded Socialism... Not that either should be called God's work, but why do you give Obama a pass when he invokes God and then scream "Separation of Church and State" (which does NOT exist in the Constitution) if a Republican dares to even mention God?... Honest question... Any takers?

:)

This is probably where he gets his Justification for Suddenly Supporting Gay Marriage...

After all, wasn't it the Jesus he Believes in as a Christian who said this about Gay Marriage, "Have ye not read, that He which made them at the beginning made them male and male, and said, For this cause shall a man leave mother and mother, and shall cleave to his husband: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let no heterosexual put asunder."

Or was it?... :dunno:

Is it not obvious the god comparison?

Consider that he is the most unqualified candidate ever there has to be some reason he was elected. These people do not mind giving credit to god except of course when it comes to abortion.

You kidding?

Bush called the invasion of Iraq, a Crusade.

He sent tax dollars to "faith based" organizations.

His father said he doubted whether "Atheists were American".

Republicans are constant evoking god as well.

Heck..you guys ran Pat Robertson and Mike Huckabee.

So that’s a no, you won’t bother to explain why it is all right for Obama to declare ‘gods work’ but Bush is not all right.

ItÂ’s okay, we already know the answer and it has to do with the letter next to the name and nothing more.

I like how you pointed out that the ‘atheists were American’ statement. Nothing at all like those guys ‘clinging to their bibles and their guns.’

It's no surprise. Because if he's doing god's work (c'v) then what does that say about those who oppose him? They must be evil, right? And indeed we find references to evil Republicans often in the media etc.
That is the essence of the badness of this administration. IN the past, both sides understood that they didn't necesseraily agree with the other on policies. But they could respect each other since they both wanted what was best for the country.
Today that isnt true. Obama doesnt want what's best for the country in any traditional sense. He wants what a leftist thinks the country should look like. Something like France, with steep taxation, redistribution of wealth, lots of vacation days, many government services, and mandated tolerance. Of course France is an economic and cultural mess that is committing suicide, but that doesnt enter into his thinking.

As a Christian I always hate it when someone tries to use the Christian faith for political purposes.

Good thing he'a a Muslim - I don't care what they do with Islam.

That worked so well for Blankfein

Is there a difference in applauding people for doing "God's work" and hearing "God" tell you to do something, like invade and occupy a nation, killing thousands of innocent victims?
