My question is how contrived? Democrats immediately started drawing a connection between the anonymous story of the double tap and and the Concern Troll Six video about obeying lawful orders. Was that the plan in the first place when Captain Kelly and his co conspirators made the video?

Did the Washington Post alert the Democrat lawmakers to give them a chance to get maximum publicity from the upcoming story?

If Captain Mark Kelly decides to cooperate with the investigators, we may find out. I cannot imagine that he would not cooperate, but stranger things have happened.

I don't really see Democrats as being that smart, but it seems even more unbelievable that this was a coincidence.
