ummm, you're gonna need constitutional amendments on that, but then we all know the end game is simply to not have an immigration bill, which is why, as disappointing to any of us who still believe in the principles of compromise and civility that guided the founders, Obama acted.

No amendment needed. Even the author of the 14th stated that the amendment DID NOT extend birthright citizenship. All we need is for the SCOTUS to finally get it right.

My memory of the last one isn't so good, but I believe that the GOP actually caused that one. If Obama doesn't sign a budget, he becomes the cause in this one.
