EXCLUSIVE: Investigators Still Keeping Details Secret Two Years After EPA Caused Disaster

"Federal investigators are refusing to release details of a criminal probe into a disaster the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) caused two years ago."


MORE CRIME NEVER BROUGHT TO JUSTICE EXPOSED:

"The EPA’s Inspector General (IG) provided the Department of Justice evidence that an employee involved in the August 2015 Gold King Mine disaster violated the Clean Water Act and made false statements. The Justice Department declined to prosecute him, the IG announced in October 2016."


The EPA LIED - FELONY PERJURY - by claiming releasing the documents would hurt on-going investigations...despite investigating action already having ended.

"The EPA still hasn’t punished the employee the IG said lied during the investigation. "
-- Surprise, surprise. Barry's administration was not big on holding anyone accountable for anything.

IN FACT, the Obama administration whitewashed the whole thing:

"Similarly, the IG cleared the agency of any wrong-doing surrounding the disaster in a June audit and provided no recommendations for improvement."

"Meanwhile, the House Committee on Natural Resources released a thorough report less than seven months after the disaster, which detailed the EPA’s mistakes and other questionable details.

TheDCNF has also published numerous investigations revealing contradictions in the EPA’s explanation of the events surrounding the spill and other facts that suggest the agency engaged in a cover-up to obscure wrongdoing."

We can only imagine how different the DNC elite media would have reported this story had the POTUS been Trump, when the EPA polluted the land.

For example, the DNC media tried to pin the blame for the Flint Water Crisis on the R governor, though he clearly had nothing to do with it...all while ignoring the many D pols and bureaucrats who were involved.

Its not an environmental disaster if liberals caused it, only if a corporation caused it. /sarcasm Government is riddled with hypocrisy. For example, gold prospecting is banned because it 'might' harm fish, a claim that's been proven false by studies many times. But is perfectly fine to intentionally kill fish by fishing, and to throw tons of highly toxic lead sinkers in to streams and rivers.
