Obama / DOJ Will NOT Seek Death Penalty For 'Benghazi Mastermind'

On 9/11/12 4 Americans were needlessly murdered during a terrorist attack on the US Compound in Benghazi, Libya. A YEAR later the Obama administration finally 'found' and captured Ahmed Abu Khattala, the 'terrorist mastermind' who had been hiding poolside while giving interviews to Middle eastern and even western journalists.

The attack was 4 years ago. Khattala was finally captured 3 years ago. No legal action has been taken against him...until now.

WHY did it take Obama an entire year before going after and capturing the 'mastermind' behind the Benghazi terrorist attack, the man responsible for murdering the 1st US Ambassador to be killed in over 30 years and for murdering 3 other Americans?

WHY has it taken so long to take any action against him?

It could very well be due to Obama's personal priorities as well as his proven sympathy to Islamic Extremists!

The speed at which the Obama administration's DOJ went after South Carolina to prevent a business from moving to SC, a 'right to work state', was very quick. The speed at which Obama's DOJ went after North Carolina and it's law regarding bathrooms was extremely impressive to say the least.

Compare those amazing reaction times to how Obama / Loretta Lynch has responded to the Hillary FBI investigation. While taking legal action to protect and advance the legal agenda in SC and NC took little time, Lynch has declared there is no timetable for addressing the Hillary investigation...especially since there is an election coming up.

Again, the speed at which Obama / Lynch went after SC and NC was impressive -- The speed at which Obama went after the terrorist / murderer who killed 4 Americans and speed at which his DOJ has taken to bring the man responsible to justice....not so much!

WORSE YET is the latest news, the latest, recent announcement that has all but been hidden by the media so as not to completely outrage the American people:

The Obama administration / Loretta Lynch have announced THEY WILL NOT SEEK THE DEATH PENALTY FOR AHMED ABU KHATTALA, the terrorist responsible for the brutal murder of Ambassador Chris Stevens - the 1st US Ambassador to be murdered in over 30 years, and 3 other Americans!

After it took them a year to find and bring in this 'scapegoat' to 'justice', after they have held him without taking any action against him for the last 3 years, Obama has now decided to be extremely lenient with another Islamic Extremist / terrorist responsible for killing Americans!

After George bush set up the intel process and program / process / procedures to find UBL, and after Obama finally agreed to send in the Spec Ops guys to get UBL after saying 'No' 2 times before, the US Military went in and got UBL. My only criticism would be whether they might have gotten a guilty plea in exchange for taking the needle off the table. On the other hand, considering the cases where juries didn't return a death sentence, and the fact that apparently the district at issue here has NEVER had a jury return a death sentence, the DOJ may no there's no guilty plea to be had and is just be cutting out the bullshite and going to trial.
