We see now President Barack Obama capitualting with the Global Al Quieda Terrorist's
Network in Iraq.
The Global Terrorist's ,will now seize this American throop withdrawl situation, and fill the void, that America will be leaving. So what we will have now, will be more Global Terrorist
factions, plotting and multiplying, against America once again.

I just read that he is extending the troop withdrawal time line:

Amid complaints from has own party that he's moving too slowly to end the war in Iraq, President Barack Obama will announce Friday that U.S. combat troops will be withdrawn by Aug. 31, 2010, but that as many as 50,000 Marines and soldiers would remain until the end of 2011
