nope, the article I read said this plant has been known about for quite awhile. The announcement today was however no coincidence. Lessee,, Obama makes a deal with Russia, no missle defense shields in Poland. In turn Russia is gonna send missle defense stuff to be erected in Iran. Israel will lose it's cabability of taking out Nuke plants in Iran if they don't do it before these missle defense shields are built in Iran. Israel is toast. I hope the world is happy!
