Case in point about black families. While there's no question that America has a national shame when it comes to a history of slavery the idea
that what came after Is any better is highly questionable.

That photo was taken in East Oakland. If you go to the Oakland Museum of the West, totally different. The museum in the Lake Merritt area of Oakland. Oakland appointed a new Police Chief, whose job was Chief of Police in Lubbock Tex-Ass. The previous Chief LaRonne Armstrong was fired. It took over year to find a new Chief. Mayor Sheng Thao rejected the list of candidates, which included Armstrong because two of name were under invesigation in their respective jurisdictions. Oakland has always lived in the Shadow of San Francisco and is working very hard to overcome a very nasty reputation.
