If this is a religious funded home, then the state has no legal standing to step on their religious beliefs, if the home takes state funding, then that muddies the waters.

Another option is for the church to shutdown the home and let the state of New York cover the cost or leave the poor dying cancer patients to fend for their own.

Something we need to ascertain. My first thought was to throw money their way, but they still have to have a state license, I guess.

The Godliest one with the most exemplary life. Christians would act like a political party and hold an internal vote to decide and that candidate would get all the millions of votes from the biggest voting bloc ever and would be an automatic winner of the election.

Like I have said for some time now, all of a sudden, it wouldn't look so attractive to those purporting to tell Christians how they should vote to do so. They would run into the streets and shriek about a theocracy. I can see it now, every elected official would have to support abortion restrictions, putting prayer back in schools and public places, etc. or lose their elections.
