NY Post — Fani Willis case against Trump ‘likely’ to be dropped.

Correct, but one of her making for deciding to join in the political prosecution of America’s Mandela
No you dipshit, like usual your Bingo self has reality ass backwards. :lmao:

Fani Willis is trying her case in criminal court. The Republicans in the Georgia legislature are doing political theater. :itsok:

Facts.

Her case is in the GA Court of Appeals

You apparently are clueless as to the facts and what’s actually happening

All cases have appeals going on all the time you clueless moron. That in and of it self means nothing.

Pretty amazing, how much power they've handed him.

Once he empties out our institutions and replaces them with loyalists, they'll be no one to hold him accountable.

It's like a freakin' movie.

They gave him no more power than all Presidents have had, moron.

No not all cases have the DA facing disbarment in the court of appeal for corruption

This actually is the only one

It's a sad commentary on the voting electorate knowing that there are people so stupid as to vote for her. She won't be able to do anything for anyone. Everyone now understands how corrupt she is. She will forever be a lame duck.
It's Atlanta.

A potted plant would be elected there if it had a (D) after it's name.

Oral arguments are set for next week in the Appeals Court, to decide if she will be allowed to stay on the case.

Huh?

Alvin Bragg, a prosecutor who is supposed to be impartial, ran for his position saying he would get Trump in jail.

Explain that in how there is no “political intent”
Ditto for the New York trials that will almost certainly be turned over on appeal. And if they are not then they go to the Supreme Court who will see that there is zero evidence of any prosecutable crime.

Is she seriously facing disbarment or has someone just filed a complaint? Learn the difference. :itsok:

It’s serious.

You really are clueless to what’s going on down there.

The judge in the case refered the matter after she lied in his court

You're a dipshit without a link because you don't actually know shit.

The judge kept her on the case but has allowed Trump to appeal his decision which isn't at all unusual. What's unusual would be a judge getting over turned on a matter where he has all the discretion. :itsok:

15th post
A jury of more than 76 million said there was political intent and acquitted him. Deal with it commie.

.
Too bad States Rights means Fani can finish prosecuting him when he's out of office. :itsok:
