The Raycom network wanted Duke in the debate for RATINGS = money.
They hit the jackpot by fudging the final poll to show Duke at 5.1%, or just over the 5% threshold they installed earlier.
Where was the debate?
At an HBC... the only thing missing was Jerry Springer...
