In an interview, Trump was commenting how Cheney is such a war-monger, wondering how these people would be so anxious to always go to war if they had to be the ones there in the combat zone with guns trained on them instead of just sitting in their comfortable home ordering 10,000 others to go.

County election officials are in charge, and they're the ones who “certify” the canvass. They have to attest with a signature that the results are a complete and accurate record of all votes cast in the election as reported by the precincts. Refusing to certify an election is illegal.
