Well, you have to at least compare qualification levels between Trump and Obama/Biden admnistrations. Were Biden picks better qualified and more competent, or, did the meet some demographic requirement? Were they well entrenched in the Democrat political sphere? 1. Ok, I like Kash Patel to head the FBI, his background says he is not a misfit..
He must be very brave to enter the lions den. I hope he has good bodyguards.

2. Dr, Oz had a very popular TV show. Putting him in charge of Medicare and Medicaid is risky. Oz is a brilliant doctor, but I'm not sure he can cut out the "waste, fraud, and abuse" in those programs. Elon and Vivek would also need to go thru their books with a fine tooth comb to tighten their finances. Medicare needs to be fixed or it will be bankrupt in 2036.

3. You may have a point with Kennedy. He probably has the highest "misfit quotient". If any Trump candidate gets cut by the senate, its probably Kennedy, unless he gets superb coaching what to push for and what NOT to push for.
