A lot of those kids have been farmed out to big corporations; in Minnesota alone the meat packers are using 'fostered' 14 year olds as cleaning crews at their plants, using all kinds of toxic chemicals and working them long hours, so they sleep all day at school. Other states are doing the same thing.
