No doubt there will be other threads on the same topic on this forum, which I still see as an excellent source, perhaps even the definitive source, for US National and Foreign policy discussions.

So today's question is : who would be truly good candidates for Independents, Democrats and Republicans?
What would you like to see, and how do you want to be spoken to (and on which topics), by political candidates for the primaries?
I would like, for the Democrats; 1 black or white business man and/or ex-military or ex-intelligence commander, smart, compassionate, but also strong and running on a very smart heart and mind.
For the Republicans, the same.
For the Independents, each to their own pie-slice, the same.
Because frankly, dear women "recently" promoted to girl power and electability powers, during any real cold war or conventional war or nuclear war, women crumble during the (mental and emotional) onslaught pre-cursor to actual violence happening on large scales moments.
