Not Surprising: HeathCare.gov Phone# To Apply For Obamacare Spells Out 1-800-F1U-CKYO

Now was this intentional or not? The number to apply by phone to get Obamacare at the HealthCare.gov site is 1-800-318-2596. If you spell it out on the telephone keypad it reads basically 1-800- 'FU*K-YO.............like what a criminal would say robbing you of your money. Now what I want to see is how long this number stays up at the government website until they are called out on it and change the number.

I feel like we went over this already.

It's not intentional.

1. It's only there because of that weird quirk with keypads where 1 doesn't represent a letter.
2. Actually calling would require you to use 1-800-F1UCKYO, which...doesn't quite have the same effect tbh.
3. It's been used as a toll-free government number since at least 1999 for info about Medicare plans. You can see it on this newspaper here.
