I'd agree IF the plan were likely to succeed, but remember that if the hyena steps down to take another job, slow-Joe loses his tiebreaking vote until the Veep is approved by the Senate. Any Republican Senator that voted to install the Hildebeast into that slot would be ending their own career. They aren't likely to be willing to do that.
