My theory is: he has seen how virulently antisemitic USMB has become, and is pushing the envelope to see just how much Stormfront-like it will be allowed to descend to. He WANTS to make sure the mods see how he (and many others) behave toward Jews as a test.

This is especially offensive after a dozen Jews were set on fire on the streets of America.

Years ago banning members permanently was not difficult.
You just banned their IP address, and look for any other posters with the same address, look at all of the IP's they have used - and ban those also.
Problem today, is they can IP spoof and use VPNs to make that impossible.

The good thing is they get bored easily and usually go away to annoy someone else.
