Not all feminists are victim-blaming monsters.

Even though men's groups did not have any marketing strategy, the very repetition of mentioning male victims of Domestic Violence over decades made a dent in Public Opinion. Men have been accused of using the issue as a derailing tactic, but if it is the only way to change Public Opinion, then so be it.

I'd chalk it up to watching family members and close friends go through some dirty crap. All of these guys that are wrongly accused have family members and friends that are watching it go down. We have sons and don't want that to impact them. There are two conversations that play out in public. There is the either/or drama found on YouTube and usually consists of some chic in college that has taken a couple of courses and feels like she knows everything about everything. The second group consists of those that show up or are already here on USMB that like to discuss this issue for political purposes/public approval for funding.

We have a men's rights group in the City. They are involved in custody battles. The weird thing is that I have never seen them in action. They aren't doing it for free so that could factor into it.
