Black people are 3 times more likely than white people to be killed by police.

White men are twice as likely to be carrying a gun.

Police spend 58 hours in firearms training compared with just 8 hours in de-escalation training.

Here's the issue that "not a gun" completely misses and fails to call out.

Police precincts are hostile work environments, and compared to other government professions the police have a high turnover rate.

Police departments psychologically screen their recruits, that is of course to make sure that they're not mentally ill..
But here's the truth...
They only hire type hostile type A personalities.
Nobody's friend.

The police commissioners or chiefs are not going to hire somebody who is actually reading the "not a gun" website and seriously considering the information therein.


In short, we need new police departments...
And Camden, NJ actually did it.
Why not the rest of America?

Yes....true....but whites murdered by blacks is higher than blacks murdered by whites....

Young black males make up about 7% of the population but well over 50% of all murders....and they are the majority of the murder victims of other young black males in democrat party controlled cities....

It is the democrat party and their destruction of the education system, and the destruction of black families that has created this problem...

Police violence isn't the problem in black communities......fatherless homes is the issue.....which creates the generational poverty, the low education achievement, and the massive crime rates......but those would take work, and would take changing generational attitudes created by the democrat party...and we can't have that.....solutions would weaken the democrat party.

The only crimes that I was ever a victim of, except for once, was committed by other whites..
The only crime I was ever an attempted victim of committed by a black guy was neither of the same type nor as damaging as the crimes I was victimized by, committed by whites.

By the police. Do you really think they're just going to stand there while a violent felon tries to fight them or take control of their weapon? "Unarmed" doesn't necessarily mean someone is less of a threat.
