I could easily list a hundred. But I will stick to just a few. 1) waging offensive war ( Russia insisted German officials be executed for that one). 2. Deliberately attacking civilian targets in Georgia, Ukraine and Chechnya. 3. Radiation terrorism by destroying a nuclear power plant without insuring the safety of nearby civilians. 4. Attacking neutral civilian airliners.

Even if it was attacked by a Russian missile (I very doubt it) it highly unlikely was a crime, it was an accident.

So, the "drowning" sailors were in a functional lifeboat within spitting distance (67 miles) of the Spanish coast, in fantastic weather. I'm sure the Spanish navy or Coast Guard were already on the way. I don't see a problem here.

Other ships are obliged to rescue people at sea not say don't worry someone else will do it and cut them loose in the ocean, that captain is scum.

I spent a good part of my life sailing and racing sailboats. You are obligated to rescue people IF THEY ARE IN DANGER. In this case, the "drowning" sailors were in a perfectly safe lifeboat within easy distance of the Spanish coast and the Spanish Navy and Coast Guard were certainly on the way.
