Nd is electing delegates this weekend. Read somewhere they will be uncommitted. What's up with that?

It means exactly what you think it does. If they've already been bought they will vote against Trump, help usher in a brokered convention, and vote for Romney or Ryan in the next ballots depending on who the establishment wants to select.
