North Carolina bans "Banned Books Week" and then unbans it following publicity

Actually, the Dem / Socialist program of grooming children with coercive tactics is tragic. There’s a reason why the Dem / Socialist groomers have preyed on younger and younger children. Children in kindergarten are more easily manipulated. They’re easier to groom because they’re more impressionable and easier to coerce.

Fortunately, state legislatures are enacting laws to protect children from your perversions.
^ Deranged homophobic fantasies.

Yup.

These wannabe Nazis are doing a great job of exposing themselves and creating massive pushback against their banning/burning bullshit.

:)
Thank goodness that's not going on. That would be scary.

Is this what you wish to do?

This would be bizarre and unprecedented, and I think ill-advised.

Too?

In addition to the Bible you mean?

As you may know, the Bible glorifies child rape, torture and murder, so definitely not appropriate for under 12s.

I don't think you're a gross fuck so much as incredibly triggered, enraged, delusional and gullible.

I hope you get the help you need. :)
We've talked about this, and since you like to run and hide once you've stated something, it's already decided. The Bible does not glorify anything evil done to children, as discussed.

You've already lost when your entire argument requires the redefinition of words with plain meaning.

Americans can decide what you guys are allowed to read? Are you sure you know what you're talking about?
The type of people making these crazy decisions should not be allowed to make any decisions that relate to education.
We see the low quality of the cheerleaders on this thread. Its toxic.

They get elected to school boards and become school administrators. Obviously, people want them to be making those decisions. Like we've all been saying, if you think it's important for your kids to be exposed to that stuff, do it in your own home.

Here's the kicker. The fact that it is easy for a parent to get their kids this stuff means that those screaming the loudest about "banning" REALLY mean that they want OTHER kids should be exposed to it.

Exposed to what ? Your paranoia is out of control. Let the kids read what they want, or not. When will they be old enough to read these evil books. ?

Its a bad look trying to restrict free speech and when sunlight is applied the state quickly backed down.
I think this quote from an American hero sums it up besst.

“The choice of what to read must be left to the reader or, in the case of children, to parents. That choice does not belong to self-appointed book police,” Caldwell-Stone said.

I wouldnt want right wing crazy evangelists telling me what my kids could read or what was best for them. No normal parent would accept that.

Its a shame that large swathes of America are now subject to the diktats of interfering lunatics who want to shape education and knowledge in their own moronic image.

Its great that north Carolina is fighting back.
Porn in schools isn't free speech.
