Mass deportations is not genocide. Mass deportations is ethnic cleansing.

The killing of a group of people is one way to achieve or attempt to achieve genocide.

Notwithstanding, the 2017 Hamas charter is absolutely clear in it's intent to eliminate the nation of Israel, thus demonstrating without question the intent to destroy a national group.
