So this guy is almost by design divisive - I've seen his twitter, a few articles by him (nothing peer reviewed though which worries me) and certain people on reddit have now repeatedly linked his work to me and it strikes me as odd how and why he's getting promoted.

If anyone's bothered to take a look at his work in any depth - please share your thoughts. My initial instinct is it's often misleading, and his methods (idiosyncratic as they are) strike me as being plausible enough but often with the kinds of... Not errors, but serious omissions or editorializing, that I'd imagine lay people don't pick up on.
