Habeous Corpus is not a rightThe courts have ruled on this. Due process still stands.
Even the people involved in an Administrative hearing have the complete right of due process.
Regardless of the noise you may be hearing, that is how Administrative Law works. You can demand evidence, you have the right of habeas corpus, and you have the right to answer the court (even an Administrative law proceeding).
No one is saying the Administration can't deport.
But a lot of people are saying that they cannot simply round people up at random and railroad them. Which is what they are doing.
This is racial persecution. Since racial profiling is the only thing remotely resembling "probable cause" when the disguised ICE agents start rounding people up and asking for papers.
It should be familiar to anyone who has studied Nazi Germany. The tactic are nearly identical.
And now the Bill includes large money to hire more ICE agents (even though the border is effectively closed already).
This is a fairly thinly disguised attempt to create a national political police.
Something that would also be very familiar to anyone who has studied Nazi Germany.
Again, the tactics are nearly identical.
This is a very obvious lie. Ask Albrego Garcia. He is far from the only one.Nobodies due process rights are being violated
Habeous Corpus is not a right
One of the many things incorrect in your post
the constitution specifically doesn't call it a right.I'll put your post in my fast growing Facist file.
Not only is Habeas Corpus a right. It is written specifically in the Constitution.
um the guy that had a full immigratation hearing and was ordered deported? that guy? This is a very obvious lie. Ask Albrego Garcia. He is far from the only one.
As you say, no courts have ruled that the administration can't deport undocumented immigrants. It is also true that no courts have ruled ICE cannot round up undocumented Immigrants and detain them while they are being processed for deportation. Nearly all the court rulings so far have been procedural delays while petitions challenging the detention of certain individuals are being considered. Activist judges have turned this into a circus by accepting petitions they know have no merit in order to force these delays implemented the law. ICI is certainly not rounding up people at random and there is absolutely no evidence of racism in ICE's actions. The courts have ruled on this. Due process still stands.

How asinine can you Trumpsters possibly get???????the constitution specifically doesn't call it a right.
Clearly you are clueless.
Holy shit...did you not read? How asinine can you Trumpsters possibly get???????
Activists judges are precisely what the United States needs right now.As you say, no courts have ruled that the administration can't deport undocumented immigrants. It is also true that no courts have ruled ICE cannot round up undocumented Immigrants and detain them while they are being processed for deportation. You're the one trying to make a right into a privilege.Holy shit...did you not read?
The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus
A privilege, not a right! Geez, man are you clueless
hahhaa did you not read your own link? The Constitution clearly states it's a privledge. You're the one trying to make a right into a privilege.
There you go again, standing against the rule of law, wanting the courts to use their power to try to change government policy rather than their sworn duty to uphold the law as it is. You may not like what ICE is doing, but all of it is within the law.Activists judges are precisely what the United States needs right now.
Courts are supposed to safeguard rights, and stand as a bulwark against political attempts to deny them.
Which is the opposite of what the Trump regime and the Roberts court have been doing.
ICE is certainly rounding up people at random. No warrants are being sought, no court orders, no charges or probable cause.
They're just showing up in their disguises anywhere they think a group of hispanics is likely to be, and rousting them.
There is no legal procedure or due process involved in their roundups, either.
This open facism needs to be turned into a curcus.
Still more nonsense from you. These are not criminal investigation; they are civil actions by federal officers enforcing existing laws.
We have too much (and growing) video and testimony that what you try and dismiss as “a o sense” is happening.
Federal officers hav no business roaming the streets and rounding up people on the basis of their skin color, holding them in secret in prisons ICE tries to hide from the public (just as they try to hide who they are), and railroading them.
This is not law enforcement t.
This I persecution hiding behind claims of being law enforcement.
hahhaa did you not read your own link? The Constitution clearly states it's a privledge.
Try again, you idiotic dembot
No one cares about your race baiting.
You keep shit talking. MAGA is implementing policy MASSIVELY.
You worried about the mid terms? Cause if we get the next two elections, we might get the next 20. Or more.
There you go again, standing against the rule of law, wanting the courts to use their power to try to change government policy rather than their sworn duty to uphold the law as it is. You may not like what ICE is doing, but all of it is within the law.
You are an anarchist, who claims to know all about fascism, but apparently you know nothing about democracy. In his first State of the Union address, President Trump proposed reforming immigration law so that undocumented immigrants who already living here would have a path to citizenship in exchange for tight border control to keep more undocumented immigrants out, but Chuck Schumer, speaking for the Democrats, dismissed this opportunity and doubled down on preventing the President from securing our borders and the result is what we see now, President Trump securing our borders under existing immigration law.
