Skid marks = Hate crime!

You know, if you're going to create a monument, artwork, civil rights display, etc, you might consider the fact that putting it in the middle of the street might not be the best place for it.

Same thing happened here in Oregon by the way. Again, you place artwork in the street, you're likely to have cars driving over it. I mean, duh!
