Have we changed that much? This is a new category of serial mass shooters, so we either put them down or learn to love them. Suspect in mass shooting that killed 4 indicted in another mass shooting, additional homicides

the problem with the death penalty ....many are sentenced but few actually die...well they do die of natural causes...but few are actually executed...now the varying laws of execution that allow someone sentenced decades ago to continue with appeals while someone recently sentenced ends up dying rather quickly....o the discord

plus the un even way it is used...racially and gender bias.....when they did not kill Susan Smith then we knew the death penalty in sc is only for men....plus asking for the death penalty really ups the cost of things..if you ask for a public defender you must receive all the resources to defend yourself and the cost is picked up by the tax payer...

but alas, some men/women earn the right to die.....

When was the last time a wealthy person received the death penalty? I can’t think of one.

Hell OJ premeditatedly murdered two people horrifically but got off Scott-free, because he could hire the dream team to defend him. The poor get railroaded.
