The federal government has NO constitutional jurisdiction in deciding who comes and goes within a state. All my life I was taught that it isn't whether you win or lose, it's how you play the game. Our Constitution only gives the federal government jurisdiction over naturalization of foreigners. According to the Constitution of the United States:

So allow this "uneducated idiot" to educate you as to some history of US immigration law >>> Americans encouraged relatively free and open immigration during the 18th and early 19th centuries, and rarely questioned that policy until the late 1800s. After certain states passed immigration laws following the Civil War, the Supreme Court in 1875 declared regulation of immigration a federal responsibility.
And since the passage of the 14th Amendment in 1866, there have been 17 immigration laws passed , all before the 1960s.

1) You cannot apply that statement to the law enforcement community. You're arguing with the United States Supreme Court on that point

5) Let me explain something to your dumb ass . Title 8 is a CIVIL CODE of law. The immigration law you cite says you can be given the death penalty for .... fill in the blank under Title 18. So, in order for your argument to prevail, you have to find the crime in Title 18 (you cited it in your quote of the law.) Title 8, the statute you refer to has NO criminal consequence; therefore, the statute refers you to Title 18 for the criminal consequence. The issue is, there is no crime under Title 18 from which to proceed. Otherwise, you would cite the damn thing. Study the exceptions to the law you cite and remember this: in a court of law you have to prove intent. Lastly, again, the courts know that the immigration laws are unconstitutional. At the same time, the courts love power, but they have an inherent problem: if they use the principles to go after foreigners that you want enforced, the precedent will be used against YOU. If it is a matter of putting up with foreigners or watching the First, Second, Fourth, Fifth and Eighth Amendments being shit on then the foreigners can stay and we can deal with it on our own.

The federal government has NO constitutional jurisdiction in deciding who comes and goes within a state. All my life I was taught that it isn't whether you win or lose, it's how you play the game. Our Constitution only gives the federal government jurisdiction over naturalization of foreigners. According to the Constitution of the United States:

"Congress shall have the power ... To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization" (Article I Section 8)

If not for the United States Supreme Court granting Congress "plenary powers" over foreigners, the laws you cite wouldn't even exist. So allow this "uneducated idiot" to educate you as to some history of US immigration law >>> Americans encouraged relatively free and open immigration during the 18th and early 19th centuries, and rarely questioned that policy until the late 1800s. After certain states passed immigration laws following the Civil War, the Supreme Court in 1875 declared regulation of immigration a federal responsibility.
And since the passage of the 14th Amendment in 1866, there have been 17 immigration laws passed , all before the 1960s.
