There was no litigation of the facts in Court. There was no Court ordered audit to determine the legality of the mail ballots that were counted in Democrat controlled swing district.

The rulings by the Courts all had to do with stupid procedures like Standing. The Court were too chickenshit to demand an audit. Recounting is not an audit, by the way.

The issues of the Democrats changing the rules, stopping the counting when Trump was ahead and magically coming up with enough votes to put China Joe ahead, kicking out Republican observers and the tens of thousands of votes with nothing more than a check mark by China Joe's name were never addressed by the Courts.
