First, Congress DID agree to the GWOT

Second, it was paid for like every other federal expenditure is "Paid for"

Third, what the **** does any of that have to do with Congress dereliction of duty and running away instead of passing a budget. The one ******* item clearly in their job description and they leave to TRY TO GET REELECTED without doing Job 1? NO!

Rushing out of town without passing a Budget is sad & unforgivable. I never i thought i would say this but i'm actually surprised there are Democrats here defending such lameness. How low can the Democrats go? They're already the Worst U.S. Congress in History for God's sake. This certainly doesn't help.
