Don't do a touchdown dance just yet. Nancy needs to put up a House Budget by April 15th. Then it goes to conference with the Senate. Trump already said he will not sign a Budget that does not go thru "regular order". IMHO Nancy will not be able to get her House in order and pass a 2020 Budget, so I agree 100% with the OP.
