It’s become a way of life in Albuquerque and the metro, if you go to the store or a restaurant you will probably see armed security guards.

“A lot of people rely on law enforcement, but they can’t be everywhere all at once,” said Pete Kassetas, owner of Outpost 1706.

One of those local businesses that rely on the protection of private security is Outpost 1706 in Old Town.

Kassetas says he has pulled together with other business owners in Old Town to hire guards to patrol and protect the district.

“As a collective, we figured it would be a lot better to do than try and take this on one by one,” said Kassetas.

They be South Africa now.
Holy shit. This is like having mixed feelings seeing your ex-wife drive off a cliff in your Ferrari.

But I thought they just needed more social workers? WHERE ARE THE SOCIAL WORKERs?!

Now fire all DEI Soros prosecutors who will go after any private security for doing their jobs and go after protected status groups or individuals.

Why can't they police? Maybe a corrupt police force.
Dem run state that won't allow the prosecution of protected classes....They got what they voted for.

BTW.....I was surprised to see that private security is not something you can write-off on your taxes if you run a business.

Wow! That picture is how local businessmen's security is patrolling Old Town, a tourist district in Albuquerque? Somehow, I doubt it.

The rainbow flag patch was the first thing I noticed.

Then the fact that Mr. Shooty needed some cold bluing on his receiver.

Rainbow flag is an interesting choice of uniform marking for the businessmen's security force. Company had me do two weeks, supporting a computer changeover in Albuquerque. I didn't realize it was that kind of town. Of course, that was a long time ago, back in the 90s.

The shotgun is a weird SA design where the manual of arms is almost completely backwards. It has a last round hold-open! I had one for a while but it was frustrating to operate so i sold it. Very smooth though.

It was in SA flag....I see flag ID is not your strong suit.

New Mexico has experienced one of the most tragic declines in history due to left-wing policies. Nearly as bad as California.
