The casinos had to fight for years with the DEP just to put up a few beach bars. I imagine they'll be affected.

People pay outrageous rent and hotel fees to spend their one week vacation at the Jersey shore. I expect Delaware will be seeing an increase in tourism next summer if this passes.

Banning outdoor smoking. This is ludicrous!

I'm all for keeping the government the hell out of our personal lives and for the smokers to continue to smoke outside ... but .. I hate when my lazy ass is planted in a beach chair and my feet pull up cigarette filters from the sand. THAT pisses me off!
